Substance Use Counselor (CASAC)

The Caseworker will be responsible for assessing patient appropriateness for treatment, building relationships, providing counseling, and completing case files. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adheres to guidelines for patient care, confidentiality, and compliance. They must be able to manage caseloads of 50+ patients and maintain accurate records.
