Substance Use Counselor-ACT Team

This role within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team involves providing counseling, education, and recovery support to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. The specialist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and community partners to help participants achieve self-identified goals using a harm reduction approach.

Requirements

• CASAC or CASAC-T required
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and harm reduction practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
