Job Description
ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a highly experienced Area Superintendent to oversee the operations, strategic planning, and personnel management of their general forepersons, truck forepersons and forepersons within the hydronic trades. The role involves leading a team, managing projects, ensuring quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations is essential.
Requirements
- Strong industry knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective communication
- Experience with hydronic trades (pipe fitting, process piping, plumbing, start-up)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe products
- Fluent in Spanish
