Job Description
The Area Superintendent for Process Piping installations oversees operations, strategic planning, and personnel management of Field Superintendents within the assigned hydronic trades. This role involves project execution, quality control, compliance with safety protocols, and collaboration with various departments within the company. The position requires leadership skills, strong communication, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Strong industry knowledge of hydronic trades
- Excellent leadership skills including honesty, integrity, patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
- Effective communicator at all levels of the business
- 12+ years of experience in Construction leading projects
- Member of the local hydronics union in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Skilled in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Knowledge of local quality, occupational safety, and health regulations
