Dispatcher, After Hours

This Dispatcher position is the primary interface for customer service, handling after-hours calls and maintaining a scheduling system. The dispatcher will assist in assigning service calls, documenting issues, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. Responsibilities include monitoring call status, completing work orders, and providing customer interaction. This role is key to customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of data entry with dispatch ticketing system
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows & Google products
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• A driven self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to maintain 99.9% accuracy in all transactions
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Regular and routine attendance
• Some vision acuity (close, distance, and sometimes peripheral).
