Job Description
API is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer in Test to join their Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for web applications, ensuring high quality and reliability. Candidates should have strong background in software engineering, test automation, and a passion for ensuring the quality of complex web applications. The ideal candidate will mentor junior team members and contribute to a quality-driven engineering culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing software in Java.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing automated tests for web applications.
- Full understanding of the modern web technology stack, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with and developing automation solutions for legacy applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
