Requirements
- CAP to Bac+2 in Hospitality and Catering or significant experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Maître d'Hôtel or in a similar role, preferably in a gastronomic or high-end environment.
- Mastery of French and English (mastery of a third language is an asset).
- Mastery of office tools.
- Knowledge of cooking and wine appreciation (desirable).
