Job Description
Fairmont the Red Sea, located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa experiences to discerning guests.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
- Previous experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different spa treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating personalized guest experiences
- Ability to maintain a calm and soothing demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus
- Familiarity with luxury spa standards and practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with spa treatments
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new spa techniques and technologies
