Product Engineer

Acorn Biolabs is seeking a Product Engineer to lead the development of software initiatives and design new solutions to support the expansion of cell banking and autologous aesthetic technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and user-centered solutions while collaborating across teams to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
• 1+ years of professional project management experience, ideally overseeing web and mobile initiatives within an agile development workflow
• 1+ year of back-end development experience, preferably using Node.js and related frameworks
• Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies)
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and common anti-patterns
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity to identify core issues, design effective solutions, and execute with precision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on clarity and follow-through
• Committed to leading with humility, curiosity, and transparency—comfortable taking initiative and contributing at both strategic and hands-on levels
