Director of Sales and Growth

The role of Director of Sales and Growth involves developing and implementing rapid growth strategies for client businesses, leading Boardroom sessions, and demonstrating deep expertise across sales, team development, process design, business development, and lead generation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in sales with a proven track record of driving growth
• Leadership experience in building, managing, or developing high-performing sales teams
• Deep expertise across several areas: sales process design, sales scripts or presentation development, business development and lead nurturing, lead generation (inbound and outbound)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence
• Outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
