Handles litigated and non-litigated claims, including Auto Physical Damage (APD) and Cargo claims, from start to finish. Manages a diverse caseload from across the U.S, ensuring timely and effective settlements while maintaining high professional standards.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years in Heavy Commercial Auto/ Bodily Injury claims handling or a similar role
- Active adjuster license, multi-jurisdictional a plus
- Strong understanding of commercial auto/trucking insurance principles
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Analytical thinking skills to properly evaluate complex claims
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM
- Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with clients and claimants
- Ability to calculate figures
