Job Description
Action Against Hunger-USA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead integrated health, nutrition, WASH, and food security and livelihood projects in South Sudan. This role focuses on improving the quality of service delivery, capacity building, and ensuring the effective implementation of interventions within ACF’s operational bases. The manager will contribute to strategic planning, technical supervision, and collaboration with various stakeholders to address malnutrition and build resilience in the community.
Requirements
- Develop and oversee implementation plans, budgets, HR, and procurement for awards.
- Conduct context and needs assessments to inform program design.
- Ensure program adherence to policies, child safeguarding, confidentiality, and quality standards.
- Prepare grant reports and participate in MEAL activities.
