Job Description
Action Against Hunger-USA, an independent NGO operating in over 40 countries, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead integrated health, nutrition, WASH, and food security and livelihood projects in their South Sudan operational bases. The role involves direct team supervision, technical support, ensuring adherence to donor regulations, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to improve program quality and coverage. The position will contribute to project development, monitoring, and strengthening program strategies to tackle malnutrition and build resilience in the community.
Requirements
- Develop and oversee implementation plans, budgets, HR, and procurement for new and ongoing awards.
- Conduct context and needs assessments to inform program design.
- Ensure program adherence to organization policies, child safeguarding, and confidentiality.
