Community Short Breaks Practitioner

As a Community Short Breaks Practitioner, you will provide specialized support and services for children with disabilities aged 5 to 18 years. You will deliver tailored programs and activities that promote inclusion, personal development, and well-being for these children.

Requirements

• Relevant NVQ level 3 or previous experience working with children and young people with disabilities
• Experience of working with young people and a youth work curriculum
• Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices
• Creative, positive and proactive approach towards work
• Driving license with access to own car essential due to travel across the county (Mileage is paid)
