IT Service Desk Analyst responsible for end user support, troubleshooting, and resolving problems and incidents. Hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience - strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance - strongly preferred
