Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee Actionstep’s involvement in Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations, manage internal implementations and professional services projects directly, and balance delivery execution with partner development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly when challenges arise
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across parallel workstreams
