Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the Finance team by managing vendor payments and financial obligations. The role is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, data entry, timely payments, vendor reconciliation, and maintaining complete and organized records to support efficient financial operations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary certification or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certificate in accounting or financial principles is an asset.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable or similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel; experience using accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors and internal teams
