We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to support the financial team with cash management, bank account reconciliations, AP/AR support, and financial records and reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Requirements
- Post-secondary certification, diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certificate in accounting or financial principles is an asset
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and G Suite; experience using accounting or ERP systems considered an asset
- Experience with cash handling, bank reconciliation, and AP/AR processes required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and quick learner
