Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
• Strong writing skills and adaptability across brand tones
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, scheduling platforms)
• Experience with community growth strategies and engagement best practices
• Knowledge of social analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, or equivalent)
