Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone across multiple brands
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, scheduling platforms)
- Experience with community growth strategies and engagement best practices
- Knowledge of social analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with consulting firms, agencies, or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or partnership campaigns
