The company, a wellness-focused supplement brand, is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer experience. This is a fully remote, contract-based position focused on resolving issues, maintaining brand voice, and escalating complex concerns. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (preferably in eCommerce or DTC environments)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, positive, and resourceful in high-pressure situations
• Passion for wellness, supplements, or holistic health is a strong plus
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setting
• Experience with helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify is a plus)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack
