We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and optimize the performance of all Google channels, including YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max. The role involves managing campaigns end-to-end, executing a testing roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Performance Max).
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce funnels and conversion metrics (CPA, ROAS, RPS, MER).
- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, bidding, and creative optimization.
- Comfort using data & analytics tools (GA4, Northbeam, Looker Studio, etc.) to derive insights and guide strategy.
- Experience briefing creative teams and optimizing ad messaging for CTR and CVR performance.
- Excellent project management & communication skills - able to align multiple teams and move fast.
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable owning a channel, setting strategy, and executing independently.
- TV media buying experience strongly preferred
