We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist – YouTube & Google to own and optimize the full Google ecosystem, including YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max. This role focuses on audience strategy, performance, budget allocation, and continuous experimentation to drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth. The specialist will develop hypotheses, test ideas rapidly, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing performance campaigns across Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce funnels and conversion metrics.
• Deep expertise in audience segmentation, bidding, and creative optimization.
• Comfort using data & analytics tools (GA4, Northbeam, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Experience briefing creative teams and optimizing ad messaging.
• Excellent project management & communication skills.
