Job Description
Stylia Beauty, an Amazon beauty brand, is seeking a strategic Amazon Brand Manager to lead brand growth and performance on Amazon. This hands-on role involves owning brand strategy, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the brand’s voice resonates in the competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, content optimization, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing Amazon FBA brand growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, advertising (sponsored ads/DSP), promotions, and content optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring virtual teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon tools (DataDive, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Scale Insights, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with influencer/affiliate partnerships on Amazon.
