Job Description
Stylia Beauty is seeking a strategic Amazon Brand Manager to lead brand growth on the platform, from strategy to execution. This hands-on, high-impact role focuses on owning brand strategy, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the brand stands out in the competitive Amazon marketplace. The manager will report directly to the Founder and will lead a team, fostering collaboration across various functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing Amazon FBA brand growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, advertising (sponsored ads/DSP), promotions, and content optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring virtual teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon tools.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with influencer/affiliate partnerships.
