We're seeking a Creative Strategist to own the entire performance ad creative lifecycle for a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand. This role involves ideation, design, launch, analysis, and iteration, collaborating closely with the media buying team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual eye and a data-driven approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social content role (DTC/ecommerce experience strongly preferred)
- Strong visual eye for designing ads
- Experience using Figma, AI tools (Midjourney, Runway), or other creative platforms
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms and creative performance
- Data-driven mindset and actionable insights
- Self-starter with a fast-paced environment
