We're seeking a Creative Strategist to manage the entire lifecycle of performance ad creative for a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand. The role involves ideation, design, launch, analysis, and iteration to drive performance and quality across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaboration with the media buying team and focus on data-driven insights are key.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social content role (DTC/ecommerce experience strongly preferred).
- Strong visual eye for designing ads that grab attention.
- Experience using Figma, AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway), or other creative platforms to build assets.
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms and their impact on performance.
- Data-driven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable creative insights.
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environment.
