Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role combines world-class customer support with outbound sales prospecting to support our growing brand in the food & beverage space. The ideal candidate is energized by great conversations and helping sales teams close deals.

Requirements

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty
• Maintain detailed customer records in CRM system
• Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects
• Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history
• Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems
