Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, with both inbound and outbound communication
• Experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Lead Generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and phone systems (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall)
