Requirements
- 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth roles
- 1+ year hands-on with TikTok Shop
- Proven track record of growing GMV and optimizing storefronts
- Deep knowledge of TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop tools
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience in campaign tracking and conversion optimization
- Experience managing paid and organic TikTok strategies
- Highly autonomous with leadership instincts and attention to detail
