This full-time TikTok Shop Manager role is for a data-obsessed individual to lead and scale the TikTok Shop channel with a focus on GMV, visibility, and brand equity. The position involves owning the TikTok Shop operations, optimizing storefronts, analyzing performance, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem features and a proven track record of scaling strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth roles (at least 1+ year TikTok Shop experience)
- Proven track record of growing GMV and optimizing TikTok Shop storefronts
- Deep knowledge of TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop tools
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience in campaign tracking and optimization
- Experience managing paid and organic TikTok strategies and creator relationships
- Highly autonomous with leadership instincts and exceptional attention to detail
