Job Description
Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide IT support, systems administration, and network management. The role involves supporting POS systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, Aruba networking equipment, and retail technology, with collaboration with store teams, corporate staff, and vendors. The position supports 20-30 weekly tickets and provides on-call support as needed.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure virtual services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity policies, firewalls, and encryption.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations and solutions.
- Handle 20–30 weekly tickets and provide on-call support.
