Product Operations Manager

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We're a high-growth SaaS company scaling rapidly and seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and maintain mechanisms for reliable data insights, clear accountability, and operational discipline.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in product operations, product delivery, or product analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify and employ systems that improve visibility, accountability, and product delivery effectiveness
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and product management or agile tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha)
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
