Client Services Agent

Acumen is seeking a Client Services Agent to provide exceptional support to a diverse clientele. This role focuses on clear communication, resolving client issues, and guiding clients through financial products and services. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
• Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of excel and computer systems
• Experience with pet insurance
