Registered Nurse - Children's Services (Orange County)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support one of our preschool programs. The position involves providing professional nursing care, managing medications and treatments, and responding to illness or injuries. The nurse will also ensure compliance with NYS immunization and communicable disease requirements, assess student health needs, and develop care plans that support learning and safety.

Requirements

• Holds an active NYS Registered Nurse license
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Experienced in school, pediatric, community, or public health nursing
• Experienced in both G-tube feeding/care and tracheostomy care
• Is a strong communicator
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
