Job Description

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a tech recruiting role
- High level understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Experience building boolean strings to source a high volume of candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Passion for empire building and driving outcomes to build great teams
- Experience working with ATS preferred (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, etc.)
