Harmonic Security is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build their in-house recruiting function from the ground up and run full-cycle hiring across all open roles. The successful candidate will implement recruiting systems, partner with hiring managers, and source candidates proactively.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
- Proven success hiring across both engineering and GTM teams
- Ability to operate independently with high volume and minimal coordination support
- Experience implementing ATS systems and creating scalable hiring processes
- Strong sourcing skills across outbound channels and talent communities
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional partnership
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and accuracy
