Client Support Analyst - Night Shift Role

Addepar is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join its global team. The ideal candidate will be tenacious about tackling problems, skillfully coordinate internal teams, and enjoys working directly with clients. The role will involve identifying, responding to, and resolving issues and questions raised by Addepar's clients, providing hands-on support to clients, and working with various teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in investment management or Wealth management or Portfolio management domain
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in math
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
• Passion for technology and finance
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
• Experience with SQL or Python
