Job Description
The Certified-Registered Medical Assistant (MA) provides professional care to assigned patients, applying clinical skills and processes to achieve optimal patient care. This position offers direct patient care and collaboration with the care team under physician supervision. The role involves providing direct patient care, functional reporting, and documentation using Electronic Medical Records.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or LPN, RN with Current Ohio license
- Registered through American Allied Health (AAH), American Medical Technologists (AMT), or Certified through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- 1-2 years experience in medical office or similar capacity
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity if acting in the Scribe role
