Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• Good knowledge of customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service
• Familiarity with common service KPIs
• Good knowledge of requirement collection
• First experience with marketing automation or high interest in it
• Experience in agile projects
• Very good German and good English skills
