Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (all genders)

We are a top IT company looking for a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Your role will involve digitalization consulting, solution design, process automation, system integration, workshops, and project management. You will have 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects and good knowledge of customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• Good knowledge of customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, and Teams Voice)
• Familiarity with common service KPIs
• Good knowledge of requirements collection
• Experience with marketing automation or a strong interest in it
• Experience in agile projects
• Very good German and good English language skills
