Requirements

• 18+ months of retail leadership experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports
• Confidence in leading people, driving results, and delivering standout customer experiences
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team development
• Curious mindset open to learning, growing, and evolving
• Passion for sport, sustainability, and the adidas brand
• Fluent in Dutch and English
