Talent Pipeline Requirements Engineer Public Sector (a)

We are building a requirements engineering talent pipeline at our Bern location, and we are looking for a talented individual with solid hands-on experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or as a product owner in the public sector in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, elaborating and describing business use cases, analyzing business processes and organizational structures, and developing business solution concepts.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or business information technology (ETH, university, university of applied sciences)
• 3-5 years of experience as business analyst or requirements engineer in the public sector
• Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or completed CAS in business requirements engineering are a plus
• Practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
• Problem solving skills, strong communication skills, service- as well as client-oriented thinking and working style
• (Self-)Initiative, ambition, independence as well as team player mentality
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to undergo a personal security clearance (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss federal or cantonal authorities
