Job Description
We are looking for a Public Sector Requirements Engineer to engage with customers, develop business use cases, analyze relationships of business processes and organizational structures, and participate in the implementation of solution designs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or business informatics, 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in the public sector, and excellent language skills in German and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or business informatics
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in the public sector
- Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Ideally, practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
- Problem-solving competence, good communication skills, customer-oriented thinking and working style
- (Auto) initiative, ambition, independence, and teamwork mentality
