The role requires a proven leader who can blend technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring Adobe’s solutions deliver tangible value for enterprise customers while enabling the success of our sales organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (15+ years) in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales leadership roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Enterprise Market Expertise: Extensive experience with enterprise software solutions, preferably in customer experience, marketing, or content platforms, within the UK & Ireland market.
- Familiarity with development practices, architectural design, and soft presales skills in digital marketing technologies
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring pre-sales teams that deliver measurable business impact.
- Customer-Facing Excellence: Strong presence and credibility with senior stakeholders; proven ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Revenue Focused: Track record of partnering with Sales to drive significant enterprise revenue growth.
- Operational Strength: Skilled in resource management, planning, and scaling high-performing organizations.
- Collaborative Influencer: Adept at building strong relationships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services functions.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; fluent in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
