Head of Digital Strategy and Consulting

Adobe is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head its Digital Strategy and Business Consulting team within Adobe Consulting Services (ACS). This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital strategy, pre-sales innovation, and enterprise transformation.

Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution (Tier 1 preferred)
• 20+ years of professional experience
• At least 5–7 years in a management consulting firm
• Experience in digital strategy, customer experience transformation, or marketing technology consulting
• Proven experience building and leading large, diverse, and multi-tiered consulting teams within a global or matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience platforms — familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud is a strong plus
• Track record of working with enterprise clients across industries
• Demonstrated success in client leadership, team development, and solution innovation
