Job Description
Adonis is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition across healthcare systems, medical groups, and RCM partners. The role involves managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close, working cross-functionally, and building a consultative relationship with senior stakeholders. The goal is to maximize revenue outcomes for healthcare providers through revenue cycle management automation and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in healthcare or workflow automation
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations
- Proven track record of closing $300K–$1M+ ACV deals
- Executive presence and consultative approach
- Familiarity with EMRs (Epic, Athena, eCW) and clearinghouses (Waystar, Availity, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
