Job Description
Adonis is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive revenue by supporting large healthcare organizations in their RCM processes. The role involves strategic partnership, time-to-value improvement, roadmap influence, account growth, and being a strategic advisor. They leverage AI and automation to optimize workflows and increase revenue outcomes for healthcare providers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working directly with Enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with complex enterprise customers
- Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account success management
- Previous experience with B2B Healthcare SaaS and/or Revenue Cycle Management
- Exceptional communication skills
