Job Description
Adora is seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue growth, personally close enterprise deals, and build a scalable sales infrastructure. This role requires a battle-tested revenue leader who thrives in high-impact environments, working closely with the CEO to build a lean, high-performing revenue engine.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including full-cycle deal execution.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role reporting directly to a CEO, with a track record of meaningful revenue growth.
- Proven success scaling sales orgs and infrastructure in SaaS or digital advertising companies through the $25M–$250M phase.
- Deep industry knowledge in digital advertising, martech, or adjacent SaaS verticals.
- Operationally excellent: experience building compensation models, forecasting revenue, and implementing processes that drive results.
- Strategic and hands-on: ability to close deals, build teams, and refine strategy.
- Seattle-based or willing to relocate for in-person collaboration with the executive team.
