Job Description
Adthena is seeking a driven Account Executive for the German market to accelerate growth. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers in Germany, driving sales, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Requirements
- 3+ years of direct sales/SaaS experience selling an enterprise-level solution
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience selling into the German or DACH market
- Strong experience managing the full sales cycle
- Consultative, solution-oriented sales style
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Familiarity with CRM systems
